Emerging Leaders: Transforming High Potential Employees Into Leaders
You've got high-potential individual contributors who could grow into your next generation of leaders. But how do you quickly get them ready to handle the radically different responsibilities that come with management roles?
Being A Good Employees Isn’t Enough
In this leadership training for high potentials, individual contributors learn what it takes to think and act like a leader. Being technically adept, motivated, and customer-focused is just not enough to turn someone into a leader. They need a different way of thinking and acting.
Think Like A Leader (Not An Individual Contributor)
Leaders have to think strategically, delegate rather than ‘do’ everything, balance the needs of the group, have hard conversations, prioritize & triage, and challenge people without alienating them.
Prepare Your Star Employees For Leadership
This 4-week program will give your high potential individual contributors the mindset and tools they need to become your company’s next generation of leaders. Whether they’re just starting a new leadership role or you’re preparing them for the future, this training is how you grow your best people.
Here's The Program Curriculum:
Each course in the program includes approximately 1-hour of video presentation. In addition to the video module, each week will include one assignment and one brief quiz to ensure you learned that week's content. Participants can expect to spend around 1.5 hours per week on viewing the video modules and coursework. Here is a listing of all the courses in the Emerging Leaders program,
